Hannah Hilton, Hannah gained a Master’s degree from The British School of Osteopathy

Kate Tosney, Sports Massage Therapist
Kate Tosney has over 4 years experience in various clinical and sports settings. She qualified in Swedish massage in 2004, and then went on to gain her level 3 in Sports Massage Therapy in 2009. In 2011 Kate achieved her VTCT Level 4 in Sports Massage Therapy. Since then she has gone on to develop her skills and interest in this field, as well as achieving qualifications in Advanced Clinical Massage, Myofascia Release and Trigger Point Therapy in 2014.
Since qualifying Kate has worked at Saint Helens and Caldy Rugby Clubs, as well as regularly attending running and biking events providing massage.
Kate offers different levels of massage depending on your needs. It can be relaxing to assist with general tension and stress and deeper to deal with sports injuries, training issues or long term tension.
Kate is also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Kelly Clinton, Sports Massage Therapist
Kelly has a BSc Honours Degree in Sport Rehabilitation from the University of Salford. (2011) and a Diploma in Sports Therapy from the University of Huddersfield. (2008) She has gained additional qualifications in Acupuncture and Shiatsu and is also trained in the application of Kinesiology tape.
Kelly is a graduate member of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT) and the Sports Massage Association (SMA)
Kelly’s additional qualifications in Acupuncture and Shiatsu for Sports injuries and Conditions allow her to combine her rehabilitation experience to help patients with Pain Management, Injuries, Muscular tension and Headaches. Being trained in the application of K- tape also allows Kelly to tape to reduce patient’s symptoms, increase movement and improve postural dysfunction.
Her experience has enabled her to work with patients ranging from the elderly to elite athletes. Kelly’s passion is to not only treat but get to the root of the problem and try to avoid a reoccurrence of injury
Kelly uses all her knowledge and expertise to help resolve patients symptoms in a relaxed and comfortable manner, enabling her to deliver high quality rehabilitation and soft tissue techniques to treat a variety of injuries from everyday aches and pains, right through to painful and problematic sports injuries.
Specialising in soft tissue therapy and functional movement, Kelly feels that a combination of a ‘hands on’ approach and functional exercises can empower and motivate individuals to improve their own symptoms and health and wellbeing in the long term.
Kelly has gained experience through working within a variety of clinical and sport settings which include Salford University Sports Injury Clinic, Manchester City Ladies FC, Sale Sharks RUFC, The Northern Ballet, shadowing Ian Horsley at Back in Action physiotherapy clinic, and following a leading orthopaedic knee surgeon and his medical team at Warrington Hospital. She has also provided massage at the Wilmslow half marathon and the Manchester 10k. She travelled to America on an internship for three months in 2010 and was based at South Dakota State University; here she worked with collegiate athletes across Soccer, American Football, Volleyball and Basketball.
Kelly has worked in a combination of clinical and sports settings since 2011 which have enabled her to develop her clinical skills as a Sports Rehabilitator. Kelly has previously worked with Orrell RUFC, Caldy RUFC, Bury RUFC & Bury cricket club providing assessments, treatment, acupuncture, rehabilitation, and pitch side first aid for games.
Kelly currently works for Bowdon Rugby club, Hyde FC & Hyde academy, Catalan Dragons RFL and also with Super League Match Officials assisting them in their preparation for games.
Other teams who have benefited from her services include: Oldham Athletic FC, Huddersfield Giants, Bradford Bulls, Exiles RLFC, Salford City Reds, South African Rugby Union Team (Springboks), Australian Rugby League squad, St George Illawara, and Brisbane Broncos.
