I am a Personal Development Coach in Cheshire. I have been coaching for more than 7 years now, and have worked successfully with hundreds of clients.


My purpose as a coach is to enable you to have the insights, tools and abilities to improve your life and your happiness – whether it be setting some new inspiring goals, making progress towards your current ones, or just getting out of a ‘rut’.

Coaching will help you to gain real clarity about your goals and ambitions and enable you to identify the motivation and strategies to deliver!

Perhaps you have low self-esteem, or notice communication barriers in some circumstances. Maybe you’d like to improve your confidence, assertiveness or self-belief. Or you’d like to stop negative thought patterns and be less stressed or anxious. Having someone coaching and mentoring you through helps you to understand yourself and learn more useful ways of thinking.

Coaching will leave you confident and enthusiastic to take consistent action and get great results. You will identify the strengths, skills and strategies to use to enable you to overcome any obstacles and help you achieve excellence.

Use me as a confidential sounding board to develop your ideas, to get ‘unstuck’ when you feel at a dead end, to raise your commitment to complete your projects, or to share your concerns and frustrations with a view to finding the new approach or mindset that you seek.

You will establish some clear objectives, deliverables and measures from the coaching. Expect to be held to account for the commitments you make! Sarah’s only aim is to ensure you excel. You will develop resilience and self-reliance, so setting you up for sustainable change for the future.

How Does It Work?

Coaching is all about drawing out the answers from you. Contrary to popular belief a professional coach is not someone who tells you how you should live your life. It’s someone who helps you to see how you really want to live your life, and how you can make that happen. We begin with some fact finding. You would usually be asked to fill in a short questionnaire before the first appointment so we can hit the ground running. During each session we would work through your thoughts, feelings and goals.

At the end of each appointment you will have made some self-discoveries, and will have some agreed actions to go away and work on before the next session. It is recommended that a course of coaching is undergone, as this holds you accountable for the changes you would like to make, and gives you the support on a longer term basis, as you can discuss any barriers you hit along the way. Sessions are completely confidential.
