I am absolutely passionate about helping people achieve optimum health and well-being, and about helping great therapists to build and run a successful practice. As a result of my extensive experience in the field of natural medicine, I believe that I can help clients to decide on the best treatments for their health issues.
I have practiced Reflexology for over 25 years, having previously had a successful career in the corporate world in marketing for large cake companies. In 2005 I opened Cheshire Natural Health and have been thrilled and proud to have developed the business from just 6 therapists to a team of 25 amazing practitioners.
I am currently training to be a specialist practitioner with the Chrysalis Effect to support clients with ME, Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia on their journey back to good health.
I am married to Jim (aka the clinic handyman) and have 2 grown up children, James and Lydia, and 2 very cute tonkinese cats. I love travelling, yoga and nordic walking.
After being a manager of pubs and restaurants for over 20 years, working Cheshire Natural Health has been a real change in career for me!
It has turned out to be the one of the best moves I have done. I started as a part time receptionist for Tracey and 2 years later I am Practice Manager and couldn’t be happier! It’s a gorgeous clinic with lovely receptionists, therapists and clients! We all work together as a team to try and do our best for the clients and we support each other. There is always someone to turn too which is great. Fantastic customer service is very high on my list and we like our clients to have excellent service from start to finish.
I am married to Pete and we have a son called Zak who is 12 that we are very proud of. Zak is performing at the Royal Exchange Theatre at the moment. He loves to act, sing and dance!
My hobbies are running, reading, craft, theatre, baking, and spending time with my family.
I was born and bred just a stone’s throw from the Cheshire Natural Health. I attended Bridgewater High School in Appleton where I met my now husband of 32 years Dave. I have 3 boys and a grandson.
Prior to working at CNH,I worked for Lloyds Bank for 32 years, starting out as a management trainee in 1985 and I worked for many years in the Stockton Heath branch. I enjoy keeping fit andI have completed half marathons, and I enjoy holidaying with friends and family.
Outside of work I am involved in fund raising for charities, having arranged several dinner dances and afternoon teas in aid of charities including St Roccos, The Christie,Cantreat and MND.
