There are many different types of massage, each tailored to your particular needs. Our three massage therapists- Kate Tosney, Julie Smith and Kelly Clinton are available 5 days a week including evenings and weekends.

Swedish/ deep tissue massage:
A great massage for tight muscles and tension. Pressure can be light or firm according to your preference.

Originally developed to keep athletes and sports people in top form, this type of massage is suitable for anyone who needs to recover from a range of problems including repetitive strain, sports and other injuries. It is a great way for sports people to recover and prepare for events.

Relaxing Massage:
As the name suggests, this is a lovely treatment for when you want to relax and be pampered. Aromatherapy oils may be used to enhance the effect.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage:
This is a specialised technique that helps to improve the functioning of the lymphatic system. It is particularly helpful for fluid retention especially after an operation, including after breast cancer surgery.

A luxurious treatment using smooth hot stones to sooth and relax tired and aching muscles. Particularly lovely for a special treat.

Pregnancy Massage:
A very gentle, nurturing full body massage carried out predominantly in side position using pillows for comfort.
