After 25 years working in the demanding world of Architecture, it was time to find a better balance for myself and my family. My love of holistic therapies began many years ago and after becoming a busy working mum I increasingly turned to these therapies to help de-stress and relax. My therapy business combines my passion for natural therapies and my desire to help people find a bit of ‘me time’. Modern life is so fast paced, we all need to make a little time for ourselves.
My knowledge of natural therapies continues to grow and I have recently completed a Herbal Medicine Foundation course and Bach Flower Remedies Level 1 certificate. I am currently studying Crystal Therapy and CBD (Cannabidiol) Massage which will enhance my current therapies.
As an Aromatherapy Practitioner I am fully qualified to select and blend essential oils to suit the Client’s individual needs. All my therapies use Neal’s Yard Organic essential oils for their high quality and best therapeutic effect. All my therapies treat the body and mind in a holistic way to re-balance so the body may heal itself.
