Fibromyalgia Massage is a gentle, tailored treatment designed to support people living with the ongoing pain, stiffness and fatigue that often accompany fibromyalgia. Every session is adapted to how you are feeling on the day, using techniques that help your body relax without overwhelming sensitive tissues.
This treatment can be enjoyed on its own or combined with vacuum suction and cupping. The gentle vacuum action helps lift and decompress the tissues, encouraging healthy circulation and supporting the movement of excess fluid through the lymphatic system. Many clients find this helps reduce feelings of tightness, improve mobility and leave them feeling lighter and more comfortable.
The aim is not to force change, but to work with your body in a way that feels safe and supportive. As with all our treatments, your session is tailored to your individual needs, helping to ease discomfort, promote relaxation and support your overall wellbeing.
Evonne Foulkes
In 1999, Evonne suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury whilst running for her county. When existing rehabilitation options weren’t doing what she needed, she decided to take matters into her own hands and fill the market needs.
Evonne qualified in 2001, and has been a health professional ever since. She practiced first with her family and friends for practice to build up her skills. Evonne moved on to working in clinics, gyms and for insurance assessments. Since 2012, she has had her own mobile therapy business.
Evonne is a big fitness fan, regularly enjoying (and occasionally teaching!) Pilates and Tai Chi, as well as hiking and climbing, cycling, kayaking and any other sport she can fit into the week! She spent three years working as a treatment professional with the UK Triathlon Team. She also loves to go running with her dog, Maisie.
