I work with high achieving women like you, who have been stopped in their tracks by Chronic Fatigue, ME or Fibromyalgia, and who are terrified of being stuck like this forever. I help you to understand how and why this has happened to you, and give you the tools and support to help you navigate your journey to the vibrant and fulfilling life you truly deserve.
My passion is supporting clients as they move from despair and fear that they will never get well, to hope and enthusiasm for the future, helping them to become informed and empowered about how their lifestyle affects their health and what they can do to transform their health and wellbeing.
I will help you to gain a unique insight into the causes of your illness, and learn strategies to break free from its shackles. You will be more relaxed, more resilient, with more energy and vitality. You will be able to live your authentic life, one of purpose, joy and fulfilment. You will be more balanced emotionally, feeling less anxious about the future. You will learn to live your life for you and not just to please others.
I combine my knowledge and experience from my degree in Psychology, over 25 years’ experience as a therapist, with my training as a Wellbeing coach and Specialist Recovery Practitioner with the Chrysalis Effect. As founder and director of one of the largest natural health clinics in the north of England I have a unique understanding of a wide range of therapies, and how these are best suited to supporting you on your health journey. Together with my team of professional and caring therapists we will support you, so that you no longer feel isolated and instead you will feel believed, nurtured and valued.
How I work
I use a pioneering approach to Chronic Fatigue, ME and Fibromyalgia recovery, developed by the Chrysalis Effect, which has helped thousands of people like you to fully recover from these illnesses and to build solid foundations for long lasting health and well-being.
The programme is uniquely tailored to your specific requirements, and will include one to one sessions, where we look in depth at the underlying causes of your symptoms. We will identify which areas of your life need to be addressed for you to fully recover.
This step by step process involves looking at 8 key areas, including nutrition, hormonal health, lifestyle and pace, relationships, environment, emotional health, movement and exercise, and life purpose. Knowledge is power and it is important that you learn what has contributed to your illness, what is happening in your body to trigger your symptoms, and what is getting in the way of your recovery. This comprehensive approach gives you a roadmap for your recovery, and removes the guesswork and frustration out of your healing journey.
With my support and encouragement, you will start to take responsibility for your health, and for the changes that you need to make so that you can continue to enjoy full health and vitality in the future. You will learn the importance of self-care, and develop new tools to help you to become more resilient and better able to handle the stresses that life throws at you.
It is really important to me that my clients feel comfortable and confident in choosing to work with me. The Discovery appointment gives you an opportunity to get to know me and find out more about how I can help you, and help you to decide if working with me is right for you. It is also important for me to understand more about what is going on for you, so that I can identify the most appropriate way forward.

Clinical Reflexologist and Clinic Director
Tracey has practised reflexology in Warrington and Cheshire since 1995.
She originally worked in National Account Management for large companies before she discovered first-hand the benefits of reflexology.
It was when she tried the gentle, natural techniques of reflexology on her husband who was suffering from a serious back injury that she became determined to change the course of her life and career.
As a consequence of this revelation, she trained as a Clinical Reflexologist with the Centre for Advanced Reflexology in Manchester.
Today she is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. She regularly attends advanced training courses. These include Advanced Reflexology Therapy (ART), Vertical Reflex Therapy, Reflexology in Pregnancy, Energy Works, and Emotional Freedom Technique. She is currently studying to be a Wellness Coach and Specialist Practitioner for clients with ME and Chronic Fatigue.
Tracey has a particular interest in anxiety and hormonal problems, in particular those associated with the menopause. She is also training to be Specialist Recovery Practitioner for clients with ME, Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia.
