Acupuncture

Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to safely treat a wide variety of health issues. NICE guidelines recommend Acupuncture for lower back pain, headaches and fertility support.

Anxiety and stress related health issue have also been shown to improve with regular acupuncture support. Most patients report a sense of well-being and improved energy after a short course of treatment. Muscular skeletal complaints and sports injuries also respond very well to acupuncture treatment.

Our practitioners use a wide variety of techniques alongside needling: Massage, Moxa, Cupping and Kinesio taping are all traditional acupuncture skills employed in a typical treatment session.

Acupuncture and Fertility

In recent years research has shown that Acupuncture helps to increase the success rate of Enhanced Fertility Treatment (IVF).

Carl is a founding member of the Zita West Fertility network and has worked and studied with George Ndukwe one of Europe’s leading fertility experts.
