Tracey has practiced Reflexology since 1995, and is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists. She regularly attends advanced training courses, including Advanced Reflexology Therapy (ART), Vertical Reflex Therapy, Reflexology in Pregnancy, Energy Works, Emotional Freedom Technique.
Tracey originally worked in National Account Management for large companies before discovering first hand the benefits of Reflexology, which helped her husband recover from a serious back injury, after conventional treatments were unsuccessful. She then trained as a Clinical Reflexologist with the Centre for Advanced Reflexology in Manchester.
Tracey has a particular interest in Fertility and Hormonal problems, and has experience in treating children. Tracey is also able to offer parents sessions on how to treat their own babies and children.

Caroline qualified to practice Reflexology in 1999. Since then she has undertaken further training in Nutritional Therapy, Precision Reflexology, Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT). VRT can be used effectively for shorter 1/2 hr treatments for clients with busy schedules.
Caroline has a particular interest in fertility, and digestive disorders
